Dan was born in Port Macquarie and now lives on the Gold Coast with his wife and two dogs. A mechanic by trade, Dan decided after a 14-year career in the automotive industry he would throw it all in and follow his biggest passion – good food!
Dan likes to have fun in life, not take anything too seriously and he is always seeking more knowledge and skill sets. Dans ideal meal would be a gigantic beef brisket on his Traeger smoker, and teriyaki salmon skewers on the hibachi grill. Always a Christmas lunch favourite!
